| * Our puppies are available to pet homes with limited registration (no breeding rights) |
| * A non-refundable deposit of $200. is required to hold the puppy of your choice. The deposit is deducted from the price of the puppy. |
| * If you will be mailing your deposit, it's best to use Priority Mail to ensure that your payment gets to us within 3 to 5 days. |
| * Puppies are chosen in the order we receive deposits. |
| * If we do not receive your deposit within 5 days, we will not hold the puppy of your choice and he or she will be re-listed for sale |
| * We accept Money Orders, Cash, Pay Pal, Visa, MasterCard and American Express. * We accept credit card payments over the phone or you can pay through paypal. * Paypal payments should go to beth@missourimalamutes.com |
| * Should you decide not to purchase the puppy you have picked out after we have received your deposit, you will lose the deposit so please be sure that you want the pup before placing a deposit. |
| * All payments are non-refundable once they have been received by us. |
| * You must pay for your puppy in full at least one week before we ship your puppy by air. - You may pay for your puppy in full at any time as long as it is before this time. * If you are picking up your puppy you may pay the balance when you pick him or her up. (Cash or Credit Card Only) * We do not accept personal checks at any time. We do accept e-check payments through Paypal. |
| * Puppies may be picked up at our home after they reach 8 weeks of age. |
| * Due to Missouri State Law, if you pick your puppy up in the state of Missouri, we must charge sales tax of 5.975% , that will be added to the price of your puppy. |

| * We do not guarantee the color, height, or weight of any of our puppies/dogs. |
| * Puppies should be spay/neutered around 6 months of age. * Spay/neutering prevents many health risks for your dog later on. |
| * Your Alaskan Malamute puppy will not be done with vaccinations or de-worming after you receive it. * We recommend puppy training classes. I'ts fun for you and your puppy and it's well worth the time. |
| * You will need to take your new puppy to your veterinarian within 3 days of receiving him/her so that your vet can recommend future vaccinations, heart worm prevention, de-wormings , flea and tick protection, etc. that will be needed to ensure your puppy's good health. |
| * Contract * |
| * Please fill out our Puppy Application - this ensures that we have all of your contact information correct. |
| * We will send you 2 copies of our puppy contract if we are shipping your puppy. |
| * You will need to sign both copies of the contract and mail one back to us. |
| * Shipping * |
| * We offer shipping by air, weather permitting. Airlines will only allow puppies to be shipped when the temperatures at all cities along the route are between 85 Degrees Fahrenheit and 20 Degrees Fahrenheit |
| * We need to know what airport you would like to ship to and a second choice in case of weather delays. |
| * Shipping cost is approximately $300. to most U.S. destination cities for under 50 lbs. |
| * Shipping price will include : health certificate, airfare, crate, food and water bowls. |
| * Puppies cannot be shipped by air until they are at least 8 weeks old. |
| * WE make all shipping arrangements for your puppy. We ship with American Airlines |
| * If you are picking up your puppy, you can sign the contract when you pick him or her up. |
| * We make all arrangements for the flight 2 to 3 days before the day of the flight. After we get the flight arrangements we will call you and give you the times, the air bill # , the flight # and tell you where and when to pick up your puppy. At the airport, you will show your picture I.D. and give them your air bill # and they will get your puppy for you. |
| * Paypal now accepts credit card payments without setting up an account with them. |
