| *Buyer(s) agrees to pay the price named above in full to the Seller(s) before the above named puppy reaches 7 weeks of age. *Payments or deposits from the buyer(s) are non-refundable once they have been received by the seller(s). *If the Buyer(s) wants the puppy named above to be shipped by air, the shipping cost stated above must be paid in full to the Seller(s) by the time the puppy reaches 7 weeks of age. The puppy will not be shipped until the shipping cost is received by the Seller(s). The puppy will only be shipped by the Seller(s) when weather permits as stated by the airline chosen by the Seller(s) to transport the puppy. If the airport chosen by the buyer(s) cannot receive the puppy due to weather or any other reason, the buyer(s) must choose a different airport for the puppy to be shipped to. The seller chooses the date and time that the puppy will be transported by land or air. * The above named puppy will not be done with vaccinations or de-worming after the buyer(s) receives it. The buyer(s) will need to take the puppy to their veterinarian within 3 days of receiving it so that he or she can recommend future vaccinations, heart worm prevention, de-wormings, flea and tick protection, etc. . Failure to do so will make this contract null and void. * Puppies are guaranteed for two years and one month from the date of birth against life threatening congenital defects. * If the buyer(s) would happen to find something genetically wrong with their puppy within two years and one month from the date of birth, he/she must take it to their veterinarian and then contact the seller(s). If there is something wrong with the puppy, the buyer(s) must send the seller(s) a statement from the buyer(s) veterinarian (with his or her phone number on it) stating what is wrong with the puppy. (Failure to do this will make this contract null and void ) Seller(s) would then give the buyer(s) a puppy of the same breed, color and sex as soon as one is available. The buyer(s) must pay any and all shipping charges. * Seller(s) is not responsible for any expenses pertaining to the above named puppy , including shipping costs or veterinarian costs. * Seller(s) will not give a refund of cash value to the Buyer(s) for any reason. * Puppy price does not include shipping cost, crate, or crate accessories and these costs are the responsibility of the Buyer(s). * The buyer(s) should take the above named puppy to obedience and other training classes for the best behavior results. The seller(s) is not responsible for the behavior of this puppy. * The Seller(s) is not responsible for any expenses incurred by the buyer(s) for medical treatment or any other cause of expense resulting from this puppy's behavior or to ensure its wellbeing. The seller(s) is not responsible for any expenses as a result of the buyer(s) negligence. * If the buyer can no longer care for the puppy at any time and cannot find a suitable home for it, the buyer agrees to return the puppy to the seller at no cost to the seller. * All puppy registration applications come with Mo Mals as the beginning of the puppy's name. * This puppy is sold with limited registration, therefore the buyer has no breeding rights. * Any discrepancies or disagreements with regards to this document must be filed with a court of law in the State of Missouri and the County of Crawford. * The buyer will be responsible for all legal expenses incurred by the Seller in any case filed in a court of law by the buyer or seller that is ruled in the favor of the seller.
